Boonsan Fastener Ltd., Part has arranged for quality inspections of screws, nuts, bolts, washers, threaded studs, and fasteners products under the brand BSF. Each item comes with a product warranty issued by experienced engineers, and document control is managed through the Quality Management System (ISO).

THE HISTORY

1973

Boonsan Engineering Founded by Mr. Santi Sea Tia to manufacture and supply “Spring Washers” to Thai market.
1980

Succeed in cold forming process and become the first manufaturer of “High Strength Socket Cap Screw Grade 12.9” in Thailand
1982

Expanded corporate product line of “Flat Head Countersunk Screw” Grade 12.9
1985

Began production of Stainless Steel products
1986

Launched new Ptoduct of “Socket Set Screw” into market
1990

Commenced production of “Threaded Bar”
1995

Oponed new warehouse to improve efficiency in stock management

Zinc Plating Service

Quality white zinc / rainbow zinc plating services using the Zinc Electroplating process to enhance convenience and meet the needs of customers who require metal surface plating to prevent corrosion of steel fasteners products according to ASTM B633 standards. All types of engraved products such as screws, nuts, washers, and threaded studs can be zinc-plated with a minimum total weight of 100 kilograms.

Manufacturing screws Service

We are pleased to provide services and offer advice on manufacturing various products such as screws, nuts, bolts, spring washers, threaded studs, and fasteners products using a variety of materials.
